Can I Set Up a Forwarding Address Different from the Master Inbox?
Currently, we have disabled the option to use any forwarding address other than our own master inbox, as we lack control over third-party master inboxes.
However, if you are an Instantly or Smartlead user, you can use their master inbox for reply management alongside ours. If you choose this method, it is recommended to check both the Primary inbox and the "others" folder of their master inboxes. This is crucial because replies may be directed to the "others" folder when emails are received from outside of sequences.
