How do I change the names of mailboxes?

Understanding the Terminology

To ensure clarity, let’s define key terms:

• abc@domain.com → Email address

• abc@ → Alias

• domain.com → Domain

• abc xyz → First and last name

Changing the Alias

If you need to change the alias (the part before @domain.com), follow these steps:

1. Delete the existing email account.

2. Re-create the email using the "Add More Email Accounts" button.

3. Perform a minimum 10-day warmup to ensure proper email deliverability.

Changing the First and Last Name Only

If you only want to modify the first and last name while keeping the alias and domain unchanged:

• No need to delete or recreate the mailbox.

• Simply contact us, and we will make the change on our end.

• No additional warmup is required.

• Once we confirm the change, download the updated CSV file and re-upload it as needed.
