Domain replacement guarantee

Domain burnout over time is recognized as a normal occurrence in the industry. In the event that your domains experience burnout as a result of active mailing campaigns, they may be subject to additional warm-up procedures or replaced in accordance with our pricing policy. In instances where 

  • domains/mailboxes get burned in warmup phase OR
  • domains/mailboxes get burned without sending any cold emails OR
  • domains/mailboxes get blacklisted in warmup phase 
  • domains/mailboxes get blacklisted without sending any cold emails.

a free replacement may be provided, provided that no instances of improper service usage have been identified:

  • Sending emails in excess of the permitted limits.
  • Failure to perform proper email warmup (minimum of 10-14 days).
  • Omitting the unsubscribe text in email campaigns.
  • Bulk sending to free email addresses (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.).
  • Requesting services not explicitly advertised on our website or outside the scope of the purchased package.
  • If mailboxes are deleted before the end of the resolution period (3 business days).

Domains transferred to the customer shall remain the customer’s property upon transfer. Any replacement domain will be managed in accordance with our domain policy ($15 per domain), and new charges may apply for the replacement domain.
